P3 Home Loans provides multiple payment options for our customers in order to best serve your home loan needs. We offer:

Recurring ACH

MONTHLY

Customers can set up free monthly electronic payment withdrawals from their checking account between the 1st and 14th of each month. This option can be set up online and there is no fee for registration.

BI-WEEKLY

Customers can set up bi-weekly electronic drafting. Customers must be a full month ahead on payments in order to set up this process. No fees are associated with this option. This allows the borrower to make one additional payment each year. This option can be set up online and there is no fee for registration.

SEMI-MONTHLY

Customers can set up true half payments to draft twice per month. These draft dates must be the 1st and 14th of each month. This option can be set up online and there is no fee for registration.
